SHIPMENTS
- Shipments to Italy, including the islands, cost 10 €.
Shipping times are 2/3 working days,
4/5 for the islands.
-International shipments within the EU cost € 25.
Shipping times are 5/8 days depending on the distance.
RETURNS
-We inform customers that it is possible to make a return no later than 5 days from the receipt of the goods, the shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
The return request must be made by email, the refund will be made only after receiving the goods and checking that there are no damages.
-For shipments outside the EU it is recommended to contact the management before making a purchase.
Each shipment can be monitored at any time by entering the code on the appropriate site.
